15 Jahre Arabischer Frühling 2011–2026

Revolution — Repression — Ringen um die Zukunft

Bassem Yousri is participating in a group photography exhibition at a|e galerie in Potsdam, Germany, marking fifteen years since the beginning of the Arab Spring uprisings.

The exhibition brings together photographers from across the region — Egypt, Tunisia, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, and Turkey — presenting a fragmentary but searching look at what has become of the revolutions that began in December 2010. The show spans photographs made before 2010 through to the present, including documentation of the Gezi Park protests in Istanbul (2013) and everyday life in Palestine (2016).
